What you need
Cake, Cupcakes, Biscuits, Cookies, Sweets and Seasonal Treats – at Mummy-made Magic we do it all! So let us know what you are looking for when getting in touch.
Date of event
Let us know when the event is taking place and also when you plan to collect the order prior to the event.
Event details
Birthday, Baby Shower, Anniversary – let us know the occasion and if there is any theme involved that you would like incorporated.
Number of Guests
Let us know the number of guests you are expecting to feed so we can suggest the best size of item to order.
Budget
Our starting prices can be found via the information pages below to give you a baseline but if you have a budget in mind let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate it.
Terms and Conditions
A few important things to note
Booking Guarantee
You may make a booking with us verbally or in writing, however, please be aware that the booking is not secured until we have received the initial deposit from you.
If your deposit is not paid within 48 hours of receiving your quote the date will be released and offered to other customers.
Payments
Orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost
The remaining balance is due at least one week prior to collection.
Seasonal orders are to be paid in full at time of booking of which 50% is deemed a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellations at any point from ordering to collection will result in you losing your deposit as these are non-refundable. If you need to change the date of your event and plenty of notice is given deposits can be transferred to new dates if they are available however this is considered on an individual basis and cannot be guaranteed.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason you would be offered an alternative date/item or a full refund would be provided on this occasion.
